- ItemExperimentações em clínica da atividade : cartografias na escola(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2008-09-08) Teixeira, Danielle Vasconcelos; Barros, Maria Elizabeth Barros de; Silva, Cláudia Osório da; Aragão, Elizabeth Maria AndradeIn this study assure a Work Psychology committed to strengthen the construction of other ways of working and living. We follow the direction of building ways of searching that seek to encourage the establishment of new ways of working, expanding the action power of workers on their own work. The issues raised here were incited by an experimentation in analyzing the work of teaching. This experience was built along with teachers from a public school of Vitória-ES. This is a intervention-research that take as principle as that analyzing work is not limited to analytical views constructed from a distance of the complexity engendered where work happens. As a strategy to transform-understand relations involving work and education, we propose a methodological research direction that articulates research and intervention in a direction to dialogue, the interchange between different knowledges in order to strengthen strategies used by workers to deal with the variability of work situations. With that goal we dare to produce new connections between knowledges of Work Psychology in our search for new paths. This study brings the contribution of the Clinic of Activity as an important methodological tool for thinking about the issue of activity and subjectivity at work, linking it to the design of a Clinic as clinamen, which allowed us to focus on creative affirmation of the power of workers to transform their own activity. Therefore, we launched the challenge of cartographing this experience in order to seek new directions that could constitute new possibilities about teaching. Our analyses were held together with a group of teachers when experiencing a dispositive as a Workshop of Pictures. From this shared experience we believe that the analysis of the teaching activity worked as a possibility of clinical intervention which is as a bet for the production of other practices for Work Psychology.
- ItemAcolhimento na atenção básica : navegações e mergulhos nos discursos e práticas produzidos no cotidiano de uma unidade de saúde da família(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2009-03-19) Hoffmann, Catharina; Araújo, Maristela Dalbello de; Teixeira, Ricardo Rodrigues; Barros, Maria Elizabeth Barros deThis research discusses the plans of health production processes, aiming the health discourses and practices related to embracement. The context for the analysis is the Primary Health Care in the city of Vitória/ES and the research field are the everyday activities of the Family Health Service in Ilha do Príncipe. As reference it was used Institutional Analysis and Collective Health. It was analyzed the way how workers embrace the users of the health service as well as listened to their conceptions and discourses produced upon embracement, in relation to their everyday practices, which includes work processes and the interaction with the users. It was used Cartography as the methodological strategy. Data was produced from February 2008 to September 2008, through field observation, field diary and interviews with the users and health workers from the Family Health Service. The results show that the process of work and its management are fragmented and bureaucratized. There is the intention, from the workers, to revise the work processes, however they find obstacles in this practice. Concerning Embracement, the requirements the workers have to fulfill to obtain a certain amount of productivity is one aspect that compromises the quality of the relation between the Family Health Teams and their relation towards the users, affecting the response to their needs and the offer of actions in health care. The everyday activities show that the needs the workers are willing to welcome are related to disease or symptoms physically expressed. It was revealed that users have conversation as a valued demand and it is embraced by some workers. It was highlighted that communication in the Family Health Teams is restricted to discussions on administrative issues and procedures. The informal hierarchy order according to the level of graduation contributes to understand Embracement as an activity or procedure attributed to a specific category (nursing assistants), which supposedly have the technical capacity to do it in the action of receiving the user in the establishment. It was noticed that there isn t a pact between the actions in health offered and the users, in a way that the Family Health Program doesn t guarantee embracement. However, the tension in the everyday relations between worker and user favor the discussion of embracement as an action that may surpass reception. It is evident the need of reorganizing the process of work and engendering subjectivities for a humanization that values the singularization processes in a way of promoting a real democracy in the access to health, in the quality of health care and in the guarantee of the principles of SUS (Public Health System)
- ItemA experiência da construção do sujeito ético-político nos espaços do Fórum Bem Maior(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2009-04-07) Leite, Lidiane; Aragão, Elizabeth Maria Andrade; Margotto, Lilian Rose; Herkenhoff, Maria Beatriz LimaThis disquisition discusses the experience of construction of the ethical-political subject within a community development forum, called Bem Maior, located in the city of Vitória - ES. Based on a few experiences lived in Fórum Bem Maior and on the interviews with 16 active leaderships of this environment, this work looks forward to monitor the process of ethical-political constitution of subjectivity engendered at the point of the encounter with otherness. Mainly, reviews Michael Foucault's thoughts, using a few of his key concepts as theoretical tools in order to discuss the idea of citizenship and the relationship between ethics and politics. This discussion provided thought on the political experience located in the articulated plot between power and resistance, taken in accordance with the ethical care of themselves. This study was intended highlight the ethical component of the subjectivity constitution as indispensable to the construction of the political subject as citizen and the possibility of limiting relations of domination and subjection by an ethical exercise of care and cultivation of freedom.
- ItemEntre pipas, lutos, aprisionamentos e medicações : as peculiaridades na relação do Conselho Tutelar com as crianças encaminhadas pela escola(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2009-05-18) Fernandes, Priscila Valverde; Margotto, Lilian Rose; Aragão, Elizabeth Maria Andrade; Scheinvar, Estela; Heckert, Ana Lúcia Coelho; Marchezi, GileadThis paper intends to study the particularities concerning the Tutorial Council and children that were sent by the schools from the city of Cariacica ES. It divides the field work in two main parts: the first was the contact with the ex-tutorial counselors from the period between 2005-2007 from the city of Cariacica; and the second with the children and their families that started a relation with the Tutorial Council sent by the school. It focuses this situation as a triangle in which the Council, the school and families-children could be considered as the three angles. The request was made in one of them, in this case – school; and a question rises concerning narratives and crossings that could be taken from the two other parts involved, families-children and the counselors. From this qualitative method, it flows through this way according to field variations. The theoretical reference works with authors that share the idea of a story that can be approached in a genealogical perspective, together with Foucault, that allows a vision of all kinds of knowledge existing in a determined space and social moment. Interviews were made with four counselors and for children and their families. From these interviews, it comes a relation marked by psychology, competent speech, proximity, familiarization and a strength field comes in which children is pushed to several places that produce and re-produce children’s behavior, considered as unacceptable.
- ItemClínica da esquizofrenia, como um filósofo produziu um novo conceito(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2009-06-01) Pereira, Juan Carlos Peixoto; Barros, Maria Elizabeth Barros de; Lavrador, Maria Cristina Campello; Pereira, Eduardo Henrique Passos; Lucero, Nelson Antonio AlvesSchizophrenia is a negative sign when it installs as pathology - field of psychosis. The medical discourse psychiatric celebrated its advent, celebrated the possibilities that the thought "freudo-bleuleriano", that is due to Freud and Bleuler, opened and unveiled. However the career of Schizophrenia - crossing the political movement of anti-psychiatry - was due to face with another sort of experience. They were registered under a new logic that - under the conditions imposed by the event Freud - had upside-down the knowledge in the twentieth century. Gilles Deleuze understood this stunning, took in part due to it and documented it, in particular, in his Logic of Sense, 1969. In doing so reversed the polarity of the signs of positivity (schizophrenia).
- ItemCom licença Hip-hop : mapeamento dos grupos de Hip-hop na Grande Vitória, Espírito Santo(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2009-09-11) Amaral, Elizabeth de Souza; Heckert, Ana Lucia Coelho; Machado, Leila Aparecida Domingues; Silva, Marta Zorzal eThis dissertation aimed to draw a map of the Hip-hop groups in Grande Vitória / Espírito Santo. The names of the participants in this study were kept as a methodological resource to facilitate the narration of stories of the characters who make the Hip-hop. The analysis reported here were made from the concept of power, resistance and biopower in Foucault. It was also presented the crossover of some conceptions collected in Deleuze, Guattari, Rolnik, Benevides. It was discussed the social movements made in Brazil in the 1970s and 1980s and highlighted the emergence of social movements, such as Hip-hop at the end of the '80s, as a different form of expression of collective actions and the emergence of other ways of living in society, indicating the actions of resistance and the clash of forces experienced in the biopower. It was presented, about the Hip-hop, an overview of its history in the world, in Brazil and in Grande Vitória, Espírito Santo. Because it is a group composed of a majority of young people, some highlights about the youth in Brazil and in the State of Espírito Santo were brought up, in order to denaturalize the youth as nature and stage of life. Methodologically, the interviews and the lyrics of the songs were taken to trace the analyzer thematics that put in question the practices and processes that make the Hip-hop in Grande Vitória, Espírito Santo.
- ItemNo fio da navalha : o processo de trabalho de uma unidade de saúde da família de Vila Velha-ES(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2010-02-22) Faria, Helaynne Ximenes; Araújo, Maristela Dalbello de; Barros, Maria Elizabeth Barros de; Franco, Túlio BatistaThe goal of this research was the analysis of the daily work processes of a family health unit located in a neighborhood of Vila Velha – ES, in an environment of political, economical and subjective interference, which influences the productive context of workers, as well as the resulting productions and their effect on workers and users. The fact that the production in health is the result of the relationship between the worker and users was taken into account. It was also considered that health work has sense and produces subjectivity. A cartographic attitude was adopted on the production of data, whose immersion period in the field happened from January to July 2009. The methodological tools used were interviews, informal talk, daily observation as well as a collective interview with two groups in which the analyzer fluxogram was used. The results show the negative effects of the frailty in work arrangements, generating difficulties on the production of care towards the users. It also pictures the expression of different feelings that the workers lived, demonstrating the amount of sense the work has. It shows that the workers believe the Family Health Program is an important element of change in assistance, but they also criticize the way it has been worked on, especially when it refers to the maintenance of medical-centered attitudes as well as the actions upon the diseases. It was also observed that the users don’t participate effectively on the organization of the work process, which is usually vertical. It comes from the secretary, passes though the coordination and then goes to the workers. Nevertheless, it was possible to see the emerging of favorable situations in order to change the way the assistance is provided, through the questions, the resistance as well as the persistence of the actors of that context. It sees the necessity of increasing the value of worker, so that he/she can act with autonomy and safety while they take care of people. It concludes that meetings lead to a more careful, transforming attitude. It points out that the meetings with the subjects are able to change the present model, making the practice in health quite committed with life.
- ItemReinventando cotidianos de pesquisa(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2010-05-14) Gottardi, Denise Pesca Pereira; Machado, Leila Aparecida Domingues; Lavrador, Maria Cristina Campello; Fonseca, Tânia Mara GalliIt aims to follow and question the movements of formation of research methods carried out by those who were studying for their Master’s or Doctorate’s degree in the Post Graduation Programs at the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (UFES) during 2008 and 2009. It seeks to follow the movements of production of research methods that are motioned in the daily tasks and that are produced among the impact of bodies that disturbs the researcher and forces him/her to think and create. Among these movements of creation and disarrangement of shapes and feelings – for what happens to the researcher and passes by him/her during the researches – it is important and necessary to evaluate the formation methods that we make work. In conclusion, it is this evaluation that questions the performance itself and that follows betting in a continuous creation of other methods, more powerful and life affirmative
- ItemOs psicólogos nas unidades de saúde : uma investigação acerca de alguns aspectos de sua prática profissional(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2010-08-06) Bergamin, Margareth Pereira; Margotto, Lilian Rose; Aragão, Elizabeth Maria Andrade; Bock, Ana Mercês BahiaThis dissertation proposes the study of some aspects considering the Public Health Service psychology staff s professional behavior, in order to comprehend the common practices adopted by these professionals in the Healthcare Unities and the way they bond the acquired academic knowledge with the professional performance. This object of study reveals a fundamental importance due to the recent insertion of this professional in the area of public health and the currently expansion in contracts of psychologists for the Public Health Service a well different panorama of this profession in Brazil, when the performance of the psychologists were priority in the organizational and clinical area. The results of this research point some of the ways that have been trailed by psychologists until now, contributing, therefore, to a critical analysis of the performance of these professionals
- ItemVidas (in)surgentes na cidade-casa(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2010-08-13) D'Ávila, Rosangela; Margotto, Lilian Rose; Aragão, Elizabeth Maria Andrade; Lobo, Lilia Ferreira; Machado, Leila Aparecida DominguesResult of a research Master Thesis, this work seeks to penetrate the interstices of urban surfaces and how to scrutinize the people that experience the city. In the theoretical approach, the city does not appear as a non significance background, on the contrary, it is shown as part of the daily intrigue and small guerrillas woven by recyclable materials catchers that populate their niches and their places. These men and women are characters that cross the urban area, restraining all the time to separate, collect and gather all that the city scorned and rejected as garbage. With sinuous steps, they are lead not only by need for survival, but also by the desire to prevent these remains to become lost. Thus, subjective territories are drawn, marked by limits that fall apart and moves with the path. In an attempt to investigate these wandering stocks, this paper searches the look that tracks micro-politics that unfold on the surface of the town, which perches without rush in the images of ordinary, non memorable, to listen to words and rhythms of tine speeches; skin shiver against the silence of the unspeakable. The narratives emerging from these expeditions do not compose tranquil and linear landscapes, marking the existence of harmonic and free of conflict spaces. Far from it, show plural places, that even full of conflicts and tensions, do not fail to exercise the experience acceptance of others in their ugliness, in their broken and dirty body, shameless in their reckless life. In their temporal pulse, the inhabitants of these spaces reveal plots that affirm the urban life as it is: happy, sad, available, sullen, ephemeral and unstable
- ItemAtenção básica na assistência social : entre miséria necessária, artes de governar e redes de solidariedade(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2010-08-16) Oliveira, Clever Manolo Coimbra de; Heckert, Ana Lucia Coelho; Oliveira, Sonia Pinto de; Labrunie, Claude Emmanuel; Barros, Maria Elizabeth Barros deThe Reference Centers of Social Assistance (CRAS) were created in 2004 with the proposal to be the gateway of the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS). The CRAS are the main instrument of primary care of social assistance, constituting itself in a point of confluence of needs and services offered to the population at risk and in social vulnerability. However, the CRAS is an effect from a series of political and social conditions, collective struggles, arts of governing, etc. that with a certain arrangement in the social field, led to the production of this instrument. Besides these factors we pointed out, we emphasize psychological and assistance practices as vectors of the constitution of CRAS. It is amid this diagram of forces, practices, regimes of truth that emerges CRAS as an object/effect from the contemporary, marked by the biopolitical management mode of life. In the production of this object as well as the analysis performed in the CRAS of Campo Verde, our main theoretical references were Michel Foucault, Robert Castel and Jacques Donzelot, in addition to other researchers and scholars in the social field. This research intended to discuss the production of CRAS as an effect among the factors already mentioned trying to analyze how this object has been updating itself.
- Item“Ocupar, resistir, construir e morar” : manguezal berçário de memórias(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2010-08-27) Freire, Mally Teixeira; Aragão, Elizabeth Maria Andrade; Margotto, Lilian Rose; Tavares, Gileade Marchezi; Aguiar, Kátia Faria deThis work is the product of Master’s thesis and is characterized by an emphasis on Oral History, a valuable tool in the analysis of the relationship between the individual life and a given social context. This method favours the creation of historical sources from testimonies, by contributing to the retrieval of memories and obtains unwritten documents. In this context, the respondent is considered an historical agent and his views on the experiences and social events forms part of the reconstruction of the recent past. Documents obtained by means of oral history allow the subject to remember and at the same time to legitimize the current story, which addresses the process of forming the João Batista / Vila Velha / ES district. The oral histories and the interpretation of these statements retell the history of employment and the formation of the district, a story told from the perspective of our object of study, the mangrove. We understand from his memories that it was raised by the occupants of the area from the 1980s to the present day, rebuilding times and spaces of different experiences, directly or indirectly in the struggle for housing. As Halbwachs teaches, the individual experiences witch form part of the collective build the background up of the formation process of a given municipal area. The research is supported by authors such as Walter Benjamin and Michel Pollak, who highlight the need for the existence of places of memory, because of the increasing scarcity in modern society practices that emphasize communication and the exchange of experience. The ability to narrate and hear may be in decline (or have already disappeared), and it is precisely because of this, that our search turns into a pursuit of experiences from within the district witch have meaning and a relevance.
- ItemA velhice como intervenção nos modos de vida(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2010-10-05) Reis, Cleilson Teobaldo dos; Heckert, Ana Lucia Coelho; Tótora, Silvana Maria Corrêa; Lavrador, Maria Cristina Campello; Aragão, Elizabeth Maria AndradeThis research was proposed to talk with ways of life engendered by the elderly residents of Vitoria/ES, attending to hear their narratives and what they announce as power and as becoming, causing detours and folds in the production of reality. Specifically, the elderly who refuse to undergo interventions of social assistance policies and that, because of it, evokes the need for analysis on ways to make government policies and practices of research, as well as the ways in which collectively produce life. We use the cartographic perspective as a guiding principle of this research and we take as the main material for our analysis reports produced by a technical team active in the policy of social assistance in the city of Vitoria/ES and also the effects of the narratives from the elderly produced in this research and this researcher, since the elderly chosen refused to have their stories publicized in this work. Referencing in concepts such as becoming minority, biopower, ethics, among others, we reiterate the need to put in question the social assistance policies, as well as the policies of research, that we produce, problematizing the rigidities which they are committed. We say how we are called to open ourselves to the production, the listening and the experience of difference as something that points to other possibles and removes the production of reality of the aggregation and of the predefined and definitive shapes.
- ItemTecituras da rede de atenção à infância e à adolescência no Município de Vitória (ES) : uma análise das linhas que compõem o Programa de Educação em Tempo Integral(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2011-04-15) Guidoni, João Paulo; Tavares, Gilead Marchezi; Scheinvar, Estela; Heckert, Ana Lucia CoelhoThis thesis proposes to study the practices engendered in the Full-time Educational Program (PETI), established in the elementary schools in the city of Vitoria (ES), for children and adolescents at social and personal risk situation. The program involves government policies on education, social welfare and urban safety and aims to provide extracurricular activities to students in public schools, making them fill their idle time with activities that will contribute to their educational development. This study primarily uses the concept of risk and the ideas of Michel Foucault to investigate the effects of PETI, highlighting the political functions operated by the present practices in it, and that go through our lives everyday. Analysis were based on institutional experiences of the researcher in the program for a period of aproximately three years, during which all practices, impressions, speeches, spontaneous testimonies, events, etc were recorded in a field report. The concept of the analysis of implication was an important tool for the thesis, which allowed us to analyze the effects that our common attitudes exercise in quotidian, instead of individualizing or accusing a specific person or program for a particular practice. As a result of the analysis, the idea of social risk is presented as a condition of poor families and as a criterion for identification of undisciplined and misconducted children. Our analysis points out the fact that the delimitation of a specific body of clients, from a selection based on independent factors, has worked as a trigger of practices of surveillance and control that ultimately produce the risk as the identitiy of children and families attended. Thus, we consider that PETI works updating practices entangled in the hierarchization of people, in control and surveillance, operating to prevent and protect children and adolescents of their own virtualities, understanding them as a risk to society.
- ItemHabitando sentidos no encontro com jovens "capturados" pelo Sistema de Justiça : um estudo sobre as trajetórias de vida de adolescentes em conflito com a lei atendidos pelo Programa LAC/PSC de Vitória (ES)(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2011-05-11) Siqueira, Luziane de Assis Ruela; Tavares, Gilead Marchezi; Coimbra, Cecília Maria Bouças; Margotto, Lilian RoseThis work deals with the subjectivities produced by historical processes in a contemporary view driven by neoliberal capitalist logic, based on the consumption and on globalization of the economy. Thus, we believe that what we are is not a portrait of our private and individual history but it is produced from the socio-historical moment in which we are inserted. Our goal is to analyze the processes of subjectification that integrates adolescents in conflict with the law (ACL) that have passed through the Assisted Freedom Program/Service to the Community (LAC/PSC) in Vitória/ES, considering the production of meanings constructed by the young people themselves. We would like to stress that the choice of the young people that have been in the program is ethical political. Firstly because as they take part in the program and are affected by it, it is imposed the need to reflect on professional practices geared to young people that pass through the policejudicial apparatus. Secondly – yet seeing as main crossing of subjectivity "adolescents in conflict with the law" – because we believe that is the passage through the justice system – which forwards the young to such programs — which defines an ACL. To assist our analyses, we use the concept of constraint, adopted by the Psychology of Development, insofar as we look on practices developed in programs that seem to be outlining ways of life through its constituency. We believe in actions of a psychologist as strategist of life, which aims to build, with the young powerful actions, the possibility of living senses. This implies the bet in a life project that makes sense for them, not denying their suffering and difficulties. We emphasize that this is not to put adolescents fulfilling educational measures as victims (of the system or society) or to make them the villains fighting against the deterministic vision that are they are doomed to failure or crime. Understanding that a research is always an intervention, the production of a world, our goal is to produce senses in meeting with the young people who passed through the program LAC/PSC, using the technique of testimonies of life history, based on the methodology of Oral history. We have proposed the interview as something that makes it possible to break with the usual, since it can lead the interviewee to reflect on something that has never been thought of, summoning him to moments of re meaningfulness, to production of senses. We have used three testimonies of life history of young people who passed through LAC/PSC. We believe that the Public and/or Governmental programs built to bolster poor youth are confined to specific ways of life, such as criminal subjectivities. The courses seen lead to escapes, resistances and demand ethical and political actions, which focus on life, in the events and in depths of life.
- ItemPolíticas de comunidade nos terrenos da educação(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2011-07-07) Gotardo, Suzana Maria; Heckert, Ana Lucia Coelho; Aguiar, Kátia Faria de; Margotto, Lilian Rose; Oliveira, Sonia Pinto deThe present study, conducted in a school of federal network of professional education, science and technology in the state of Espirito Santo and linked to agricultural training offered to investigate what we call the politics of community: the forms that are called community, field of forces that produce them, their uses and meanings. We look for with it investigate how the object built community historically has been operated in the realms of education, place objects and school community in the crucible of history, as well as naturalization in this school-community expression, analyze the practices that produce under the name of the community and the effects of reality that these practices produce, affirm a concept of community that put up the lived experiences in this particular school. Throughout the text, we try to show how much these policies of community are diverse, operating both catches, segmentations and individualized movements, the practice of solidarity, collective and otherness, which seek to affirm. It is a foray into that passes for community-forms crystallized as well as the production of another modes of community possible/experienced in the course of this research.
