- ItemAcessibilidade e longitudinalidade no pré-natal: análise de um grupo de puérperas atendidas no hospital universitário Cassiano Antônio de Moraes(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2013-12-04) Neder, Anderson Gabriel; Zaganelli, Francisco Luiz; Carneiro, Teresa Cristina Janes; Oliveira, Néville Ferreira Fachini deThe primary care goals wide coverage and access to comprehensive and acceptable health care services. It lays emphasis on prevention and education (STARFIELD, 2004). In Brazil, the Estratégia Saúde da Familia (ESF) is the model developed by the Ministry of Health (MOH) for the purpose of restructuring of primary care. It covers about 50 % of the population. According Starfield (2004) primary care can be assessed by its essential attributes: first-contact care (accessibility and utilization), longitudinality, comprehensiveness and coordination of care. In the context of the Brazilian health care, child mortality is still a disturbing fact, especially mortality occurring in the first days of life. This component of mortality is closely related to quality of care received during pregnancy. The prenatal care should include organized, large, integrated and comprehensive actions. It should provide health promotion and prevention, diagnosis and treatment of problems that may occur during this period. The purpose of this study was to analyze the attributes of primary care accessibility and longitudinality in a group of women treated in HUCAM. To achieve this objective was conducted interviews with 80 women who received prenatal care in primary care and 19 women who received prenatal care at the Hospital Universitário Cassiano Antonio de Moraes (HUCAM). It was used partial evaluation questionnaire of primary PCATool. The women were also questioned about their perception of the adequacy of prenatal care. Accessibility was low for most subjects in primary care. Accessibility was statistically higher in women who received prenatal care in the ESF and those who used health facilities in the city of Vitória (ES). The longitudinality was related to the type of health facility prenatal, the number of medical visits and the Apgar score in the first minute. The perception of an adequate prenatal care was associated with the use of the ESF as prenatal service and the attainment of six or more medical visits. In the group that underwent prenatal care in HUCAM, Although postpartum women of the group that performed the prenatal HUCAM realize the prenatal care as appropriate, some questions revealed fragilities in care, particularly regarding the access to the service. The inability to receive care by the medical staff outside the opening hours of the clinic, the lack of a phone number where they can answer questions or talk to the doctor responsible for prenatal, perception of difficulty in scheduling appointments and long waiting periods on the day of consultation are points that should be improved in this care
- ItemDesafios e oportunidades no uso da plataforma SOUGOV.BR : uma análise na perspectiva de servidores públicos aposentados e pensionistas(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2025-08-25) Pietre, Patricia Curbani de; Campos, Adriana Fiorotti ; http://orcid.org/0000-0002-8207-5553; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8272405462162388; https://orcid.org/0009-0009-4843-0986; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4856241649561616; Chévez Pozo, Osmar Vicente ; https://orcid.org/0009-0005-8018-3525; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1360315923319730; Ferreira, Giovanilton André Carretta ; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3136-2966; https://lattes.cnpq.br/Introduction: The advancement of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) has transformed Public Administration, promoting the use of Electronic Government. However, digital exclusion remains a challenge, especially among the elderly. In this context, the SOUGOV.BR application was launched in 2021 with the aim of centralizing and simplifying services for federal public servants of the Executive Branch. At Uf, alesthough adherence to the application is high, many retired public servants and pensioners — mostly elderly — continue to seek in person assistance for demands that could be resolved digitally through the platform. Given this scenario, the research problem was defined as: What are the challenges and opportunities, from the perspective of retired public servants and pensioners, in the use of the SOUGOV.BR platform? The general objective is to analyze, from the perspective of retired public servants and pensioners, the challenges and opportunities in using the SOUGOV.BR platform. As for the theoretical framework, the study is grounded in concepts of Electronic Government and related developments. Methodologically, the research follows a qualitative and quantitative (quali-quantitative) approach, and is classified as descriptive and exploratory. Data were collected through participant observation, bibliographic and documentary research, a survey applied to retirees and pensioners aged 60 or older, and semi structured interviews with public servants working in the service area. The analysis involved descriptive statistics, content analysis, and document analysis. The results The results showed that the most frequently used services by retirees and pensioners aged 60 and over on SOUGOV.BR are pay slips, income statements, proof of life, personal data updates, payroll loans, and supplementary health benefits. Among the main challenges were low familiarity with technology, fear of online fraud, difficulties accessing the platform via GOV.BR, and the app’s low intuitiveness. Reported benefits included agility, convenience, and reduced need for travel, although preference for in-person service remains. Interviews with DGP staff confirmed these findings and highlighted the importance of human support. Suggested improvements include maintaining in-person service, creating a simplified interface for older adults, developing tutorials and training sessions, establishing an official information channel, and granting greater local autonomy to assist with access
- ItemPercepção das limitações estruturais ao trabalho do professor idoso: um estudo com novos professores da Ufes(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2019-08-29) Wanderley, Monica Cristina; Ferreira, Dirce Nazare de Andrade; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5679-2823; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0727886623679126; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1949-1287; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9100245279736201; Rosado, Layli Oliveira; https://orcid.org/0009-0009-0749-3796; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0991932878012270; Dias, Taciana de Lemos; https://orcid.org/0000000271721230; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0535178144031059Are covered by this investigation the working conditions of teachers after reach the age of 60 years old and the respect of their rights in its work environment, especially regarding accessibility. Historically, institutions were not designed to receive audiences with physical limitations, wherein most of the interventions fairly recent and mostly directed to wheelchair users. The objective of the research was to analyze the perception of the new elderly teachers about the physical facilities of the university and its influence on the activities of the elderly professors. Therefore, we sought to answer the following questions: How old are UFES professors? Does UFES have adequate physical facilities for elderly professors? What physical structures prevent the regular exercise by UFES elderly teachers? To answer these questions, a documentary research was conducted by collecting age data from UFES teachers, an on-site field research was carried out consisting of observation and photographic record of various university environments analyzing the presence of accessibility elements, a field research was also conducted in the form of structured interviews with elderly professors admitted in the last ten years about their perception of the accessibility of the elderly at UFES campuses in Vitória (Goiabeiras and Maruípe). At the end of the investigation, it was possible to verify that the physical structure of the university is not uniform in terms of accessibility, and to find several limiting structures of the work of the elderly professors. After the conclusion of the research, it was proceeded to elaborate a technical product indicative of measures which, adopted by the university administration, would be able to promote an adequate work environment for the elderly teachers of UFES.
