- ItemAvaliação da (in)satisfação com um serviço de dependência química na perspectiva dos familiares(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2014-02-25) Santos, Marcos Vinícius Ferreira dos; Siqueira, Marluce Miguel de; Lima, Rita de Cássia Duarte; Kantorski, Luciane PradoThe objective of this study was to evaluate the satisfaction of the families of users with a service of chemical dependency . This is a descriptive, cross- sectional, quantitative and qualitative approach, performed with relatives who accompanied users admitted to treatment. This study was part of a study entitled "Evaluation of Mental Health Services : The PRESTA - ES case" that was approved by the Ethics Committee in Research of the Science Center , Federal University of Espírito Santo Saúde , under number. 242 842 . In quantitative analysis , the sample consisted of 23 individuals who had data collected through a questionnaire that, among other variables , measures satisfaction through " Satisfaction Rating Scale for Mental Health Services " (SATIS - BR) . Descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation were used to analyze the results . Females predominated among the participants (91.3 %) . The degree of kinship, was more prevalent among parents ( 39.2 %) , followed by spouses (30.43 %) . More The drug was constituted as the reason for seeking admission to the service was cocaine / crack ( 69.6 % ) followed by alcohol (26.1 %) . Detected a high degree of satisfaction with the service of the family (4.65) , but also with sub-items : treatment results (4.61), acceptance and competence of staff ( 4.83), privacy and confidentiality (4 ,43) . The correlations of the three subscales SATIS - BR with the global scale were positive , strong and significant ( r> 0.7 and p < 0.01 ) . Qualitative analysis employed the technique of focus group of six individuals who had participated step quantitative . The discussions were recorded , transcribed and analyzed the light content analysis according to Bardin (2011) . Emerged subsequent six categories : 1) satisfaction with service professionals , 2) accessibility , 3) Structural Aspects ; 4) Results of treatment ; 5 ) Continuity of treatment ; 6 ) Attention offered to the family . It was noted that relatives were satisfied with the service and that the changes made by users from the treatment , competence and welcoming attitude of the staff were issues related to the satisfaction thereof. The subjects show themselves dissatisfied with the physical conditions of the site , with the number of days set for business users and group of family care . The satisfaction of family members was observed in both the quantitative component as the qualitative component , yet the dissatisfaction was more evident qualitative analysis.
