The research problem that guides this study is the following question: How do the servants face the situations experienced in the telework of a public organization of the judiciary? The objective was to analyze, in the light of Ergology, the management aspects in the activity of telecommuting public servants, besides observing, describing and discussing the real work situations and the uses of themselves when they are teleworking. To achieve the proposed objective, a theoretical framework was first presented about the context that gave rise to and the main concepts of teleworking. Then it was presented about the theoretical lens used in this study than Ergology. The production of data was based on a qualitative investigation, whose first step was to consult Resolution CNJ 227/2016, which regulates teleworking within the scope of the judiciary, as well as other information obtained from the agency's own website. The second stage was a semi-structured and individual interview with 10 teleworkers, and the third and last was the direct observation of two days of face-to-face work and one day of teleworking by a server. Data analysis was performed through content analysis of interviews and direct observation, which allowed to separate into four categories of analysis that were defined a posteriori, as follows: a) the dramatic of being a civil servant and teleworker; b) the fragile boundaries of time and space in the activities of a teleworker; and c) Telework and the collective work. It was possible to notice a strong influence of individual values that led the servers to choose to be public servants and do teleworking. It was also noted the uses of self and renormalization in the face of teleworking situations in which there is no clear delimitation of time and space of workplace and home. In addition, we discussed the consequences of teleworking in relation to the collective work. It is believed that this study may contribute to the clarification of the work situations experienced by teleworkers and their successive uses of themselves and renormalizations that now have work at home.

Based on the case study research strategy, having as its axis of analysis the interorganizational relations dedicated to the emergence of innovation, we sought to explore in depth in the light of the analysis categories that were extracted from the literature review, the information related to the role governance in the network, and how governance seeks to build and maintain trust and collaboration in interorganizational relationships dedicated to innovation. Data collection was performed through documents, semi-structured interviews with professionals related to network governance and those working in the network innovation process and from the record, throughout the interview phase and the visit to the network. Governance Office, of what was observed about the activities, modes of interaction and use of resources for communications in relations dedicated to innovation. Through content analysis of the collected data, it was possible the theoretical and practical confrontation, especially about the contributions of governance for interactions with tangible and intangible resources sharing in the innovation network and for maintaining the trust and collaboration of the network, since These contribute to the knowledge sharing process that is the basis for the start of innovations. The results revealed that contracts, procedures, rules and norms, all equivalent to transactional mechanisms, are used by the network governance, manifest themselves in the relations dedicated to innovation and guarantee, from the interviewee's point of view, that each party involved complies with the while helping to build trust and collaboration in these relationships. Regarding social mechanisms, according to the members of governance, the presence of the trust and reputation mechanism was verified, while relational norms and macroculture were perceived by partner agencies and companies as social mechanisms most present in relationships. Collective sanctions and restrictions on information, also social mechanisms, were not manifest in the network from the perspective of those involved. It was x concluded that the manifestation of the governance mechanisms described above is key to the maintenance of the network interactions dedicated to the emergence of innovation and contributes to the construction of an information and knowledge sharing environment, base for the emergence of innovations

To achieve this, the study is based on theoretical categories that support the debate in the field of social sciences, with highlights and approaches to the field of organizational theories, which address race/ethnicity, masculinities and colonialities. From readings that deal with racial relations in society and their consequences at work, especially domestic work, we move on to problematizing the object in question, which is sustained in view of the social reality that marks black men and their precarious experiences in the world of work. In this way, the theoretical framework starts from the understanding of how much colonial marks are present in the lives and work of these subjects, who are associated by racism with the stereotype of violent, brutish, roguish, insolent, incapable and other pejorative terms produced in the context of colonial and patriarchal relations characteristic of Western Eurocentrism. As assumptions, studies that characterize colonialist legacies that come close to practices characteristic of slavery, and gain momentum in labor relations, especially those of black people. Methodologically, a qualitative research was developed that involved the author's own writings (Conceição Evaristo's concept of writings), the production of field diaries to capture the conversations of black housekeepers, considering in this process the inspiration in the tradition of African orality. This study makes a contribution that adds to the efforts of researchers in the area of Organizational Theories regarding domestic work and its racialization, two themes that are still secondary in the field of Administration. The results allowed us to verify the remnants of the colonialities of being, knowledge and power that mark the experiences and are hidden in the naturalization of the black man's place in society and in the world of work.

The school principal coexists with the innumerable unforeseen events and several conflicts of interest, management being configured as a relational and emergent process, a constant becoming. This means assuming that there is no external and independent reality to the principal. Instead, they conceive their organizational realities based on experiences, interactions, and dialogue. The objective of this research is to analyze, in the light of phenomenography, the different conceptions of democratic school management and its implications in the management practices of public school principals. Data were produced through individual in-depth interviews with 19 principals. Data analysis, which has the main purpose of mapping the conceptions of the phenomenon and constructing its outcome space, was carried out following the protocol of Sjӧstrӧm and Dahlgren (2002), adapted by Amaro and Brunstein (2020). Three different ways of experiencing democratic school management were identified: (1) as role fulfillment; (2) as input for decision making; and (3) as meeting community needs. These conceptions are hierarchically organized in the results space from the simplest (conception 1) to the most complex (conception 3). The impacts of these conceptions on three dimensions of school management are also analyzed: (a) administrative management (financial, physical and human resources); (b) pedagogical management and (c) interaction management (relationship with the school community). One of the contributions of this research was to show, from the three conceptions identified, similar to Bonelli et al.'s (2019) studies on public policy implementation, that street-level bureaucrats implement, transform, and adapt the legal principle of democratic school management. Another contribution was to relate conceptions of democratic school management to the forms of participation pointed out by Lück (2013). As a social contribution, a technical report was produced for public agencies and principals of the schools studied. Considering the scarcity of empirical studies on democratic school management, phenomenography is presented as a research method.

To achieve this, it was investigated how the theme is addressed in official documents and among managers and health professionals in the municipality of Vitória, ES, articulating contributions from the interpretative approach to the notion of competency and the Theory of Social Representations. The theoretical support of the research is anchored mainly in a contextual approach to competencies and competencies development, as well as discussions about occupational health, WRMH and continuing education in health. This study adopted a qualitative research approach. Both triangulation of sources of evidence and triangulation of methods or techniques were used in the methodological path. Initially, research was carried out on official documents from the Municipal Health Secretariat (SEMUS) of Vitória-ES. Semistructured interviews were conducted with professionals who held management positions in SEMUS and with professionals who worked in two Basic Health Units (BHU) of the municipality. The documentary research was analyzed using the lexical analysis technique with support from IRAMUTEQ software, and the interviews were analyzed using content analysis with a posteriori categorization. The results of the documentary research indicate that: work is neglected as a determinant of health but recognized as a space for the development of professional competencies; there is a need for greater emphasis on work as a social determinant of health to strengthen and promote worker health practices at the municipal level. In the interviews with management positions, it was found that: there were different representations of competencies and SMRT among the interviewees; active methodologies were used for the development of competencies; and there were limitations to the development and mobilization of competencies in WRMH due to the managers' social representations and lack of work process transformations. The absence of the WRMH theme in ongoing devices and work processes potentiates difficulties in this area. In the research with BHU professionals, it was found that: there is little insertion of the WRMH theme in primary care, lack of integration among sectors and professionals, some actions are developed in an interdisciplinary way and the competence development strategies promote interdisciplinarity, but do not address the mental health of workers. From these results, we conclude that there is a need for explicit insertion of work as a determinant of health in the official documents of the municipality in order to guide the action of health professionals to consider the work processes of health system users in their daily care; there is a need to develop actions that favor the understanding of health processes in a broad way, the perception of WRMH as a collective responsibility, the untying of the notion of competencies exclusively to individual attributes, and the elaboration of protocols and instruments to investigate the causal link between mental health and work. Interdisciplinary work contributes to the development of professionals' competencies. However, the conception of competence linked to the professional category, the influence of disciplinary training, and the scarcity of financial and personnel resources make it difficult to take advantage of this contribution, notably for the approach of WRMH, which is seen as the responsibility of specialized areas of occupational health or mental health.
- ItemEncontrando a escola no meio do caminho: contribuições da abordagem performativa para a formação de gestores escolares(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2021-02-25) Gobbi, Beatriz Christo; Silva, Alfredo Rodrigues Leite da; https://orcid.org/0000000259431185; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7360327621106156; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-3336-2457; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9008739624219479; Fantinel, Leticia Dias; https://orcid.org/0000000245896352; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8188708807795008; Ferreira, Eliza Bartolozzi; https://orcid.org/0000000241009875; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4414820772031494; D'Angelo, Marcia Juliana; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1436-5812; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0074760184826326; Amaro, Rubens de Araujo; https://orcid.org/0000000341833562; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7808207241810280The aim of this thesis is to understand and demonstrate the potential of the performative approach to discuss the daily life at school and to offer contributions to the continuing education of school administrators. In order to advance in the dialogicparticipatory approach of dialogical practices between researcher(s) and manager(s), a performative approach was adopted, based on the articulation of the contributions made by the works of Barad (2007, 2017) and Shotter (2013, 2014a, 2014b, 2016). One argues that the notions of intra-action and diffraction (BARAD, 2007, 2017) bring to the first scheme of the investigation issues about practices/doings/actions. This analytical perspective drives attention to the intra-active processes in action and also to the broad effects that occur, that is, the differences that rise and the differences that the knowledge production practices create. The empirical research was performed in a school from Public Education System of Vitória-ES and the data collection was possible through observation, focus group with members of the technical and administrative staff of one shift, informal conversations with school professionals, document analysis and drawing production. To respond the proposed objective, it was performed a qualitative research, using diffraction (BARAD, 2007, 2010, 2014) as methodological resource. This thesis brought to light material-discursive strengths which are important to certain materialization processes. The empirical data show that strengths, such as the scholar system/ flux, teachers’ and managers’ accountability for the students’ development, the “chaotic situation of public education” speech, society’s demands, poverty and the limitations of the professionals’ actions, have left traces on the subjects’ bodies, while they acted in the performance of specific configurations of management, teaching and the educational institution itself. From the theoreticalempirical articulations performed, it was possible to rethink the continuing education of school administrators through two main cuts. The first one highlights the need to explore the performative enactments of things and meanings. This brings to light materiality and other issues of interest, such as power-performativity. The second cut explores the social and material effects of performative relationalities in the school entanglement. Therefore, this thesis joins the efforts that have been done by researchers to recognize and explore how the dialogue is sensitive to social, political and economic conjunctures (PHILLIPS et al., 2013; PHILLIPS; NAPAN, 2019; PHILLIPS; SCHEFFMANN-PETERSEN, 2019), also attending to the callings for the development of alternative literature on practices that consider the human being as the primary agent (HULTIN; MÄHRING, 2017).
- ItemGestão do processo de inovação: aprendendo de experiências(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2022-12-09) Porto, Misleyde Bastos; Pascuci, Lucilaine Maria; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-3271-6129; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5674113274785826; https://orcid.org/0009-0008-7245-8201; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0763224199801893; Meyer Junior, Vitor; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3576-2342; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2189660776190840; Amaro, Rubens de Araujo; https://orcid.org/0000000341833562; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7808207241810280; Mamédio, Diórgenes Falcão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5812431724293669Innovation processes in organizations encourage connections and detect opportunities that can be seized. Focusing on the management of the innovation process, this study investigated how the innovation process can contribute to organizational learning and unlearning. Concepts related to the management of organizational innovation, learning and unlearning were adopted as a theoretical basis, focusing on the process. This is a qualitative, descriptive and explanatory study whose empirical field was the iNO.VC innovation program, led by a multinational company. Data were collected through ethnographic interviews, nonparticipant observation and documents. Data were analyzed using narrative analysis and document analysis techniques. The analysis revealed that the investigated innovation process promoted relevant cooperation and collaboration between the organization, startups, government and academia, resulting in innovations that generated new technologies and process improvements for those involved. There was greater resistance to innovations in the disruptive dimension; innovations in the incremental dimension were more accepted, even with routine as a process impediment. It was confirmed that the closer the relationship between internal and external agents, the greater the availability for collaboration and cooperation in the development of innovation. The study highlighted the importance of learning and unlearning in the innovation process. That is, the act of innovating simultaneously generates learning and unlearning, which begin at the individual level (by identifying the problem and ideating the resolution), shared with the group responsible for developing the innovation that, after being absorbed, disseminates -o enhancing organizational learning. Results demonstrate unlearning as an obstacle to innovation due to strong attachment to organizational values and beliefs, as well as old and obsolete knowledge. That is, a conviction of the impossibility of “unlearning” and eliminating knowledge. Such resistance proved to be a hindrance to innovation in the investigated organization, making its dissemination slower. Finally, the study showed that the more the organization innovates, the more learning and unlearning are produced and shared by encouraging reflective practice, enhancing an organic evolution of learning.
- ItemGESTÃO UNIVERSITÁRIA EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA: CARACTERÍSTICAS E CONTRIBUIÇÕES DA IMPROVISAÇÃO ESTRATÉGICA(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2022-02-24) Lessa, Ester Onofre Barbosa; Pascuci, Lucilaine Maria; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-3271-6129 ; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5674113274785826; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5968-414X; http://lattes.cnpq.br/; Crubellate, Joao Marcelo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7238774538784649 ; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1446-8248; Carneiro, Teresa Cristina Janes; https://orcid.org/0000000199871460; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3412619629209873; Amaro, Rubens de Araujo; https://orcid.org/0000000341833562; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7808207241810280The management of public universities is challenging for several reasons, in particular, specificities such as organizational complexity and professional bureaucracy make any change a lengthy process. The materialization of actions, in this context, requires from the organizational agents the ability to adapt plans and creativity to search for alternative solutions, respecting the institutional rules. In this context, improvisation has been presented as a contributory solution, especially in the face of unexpected events that demand urgent responses. This research examined how manifestations of improvisation helped in the responses given by a Brazilian public university to the demands related to the Covid-19 pandemic. The study is based on concepts related to public management, strategic management and improvisation. This is qualitative research, whose data were collected through interviews and documents. Data were analyzed using document analysis and narrative analysis techniques. Results showed the manifestation and contribution of improvisations, especially in situations that demanded immediate solutions, under pressure, to make the established plans viable. We found the presence of individual and collective improvisation. In individual improvisations, the experience of the organizational agents was a highlight. Collective improvisations, in turn, were more frequent in the case of more comprehensive solutions, covering different areas and stakeholders. The demand for quick responses stimulated creativity to reconcile speed of response and compliance with institutional norms, showing greater dynamics in interactions between individuals, areas and groups, especially when compared to a non-pandemic context. We concluded that improvisation has been a practice in university management activities, although not openly recognized. In this sense, the relevance of the agents experience and learning was highlighted when finding solutions, through improvisation, without harming any legal aspect of the processes involved.

The thesis analyzed in-depth interviews with entrepreneurs, websites, networks and documents to understand how impact business entrepreneurs interpret their context of action and develop skills to seek legitimacy for their impact venture in an ecosystem immersed in a conflict of institutional logics. The analysis was carried out from the perspective of critical realism and it was identified that the entrepreneur recognizes the importance of economic logic within the ecosystem and the importance of obtaining money and financing, but always valuing altruism and collaboration. Within this context, the entrepreneur seeks to develop his skills through an interactive and recursive process, in which he is influenced and seeks to influence the structures and actors of the ecosystem.

Characterizing a scenario of uncertainties, COVID-19 has been causing unprecedented social, economic and political impacts that may still be felt in the coming years (ROGOFF, 2020). In education, restrictions are mainly reflected in the difficulty of accessing the internet, in attitudinal, communicational and technological barriers, causing serious harm to a significant layer of the most vulnerable population. (FREITAS; CABRAL, 2021; NETA; NASCIMENTO; FALCÃO, 2020). In this parcel, there are people with disabilities. Students with disabilities in Higher Education are occupying a rightful place, which is responsible for the development of critical thinking and with an important social role. Thus, this dissertation discusses the trajectory of conceptions of disability in society, its changes in nomenclature, the achievements of law through struggles, the legal framework of special education and the impacts of the pandemic on higher education. The objective of this work was to analyze the effects of the pandemic on the educational experience of students with disabilities (physical, visual, auditory and intellectual) in higher education at the Federal University of Espírito Santo. The research investigated a little explored phenomenon, classifying itself as qualitative, exploratory and descriptive. To collect data for this research, semi structured interviews and document analysis were used. The research subjects were six students with disabilities assisted by the accessibility center of the Federal University of Espírito Santo, and five members of the same accessibility center. The interviews took place in person and virtually, according to the participant's preference. The interviews were recorded and transcribed verbatim. In the analysis and treatment of data, content analysis was used, as proposed by Bardin (2011). In the document analysis, it was used as a corpus of analytical documents produced by the university. The study was tolerated and approved by the Ethics Committee in Research with Human Beings of the Institution. The results indicate that the students had their main source of integration withdrawn from society. They dealt with technological challenges and internet connections. They gave new meaning to their spaces (bedrooms and classrooms became an improvised classroom). Had conflicting relationships with teachers and they were supported by the accessibility nucleus. The nucleus was essential for staying and facing the pandemic. The actions followed, such as the non availability of material adapted or made available in advance, and the enabling attitude (which demeans the student because of the disability) is what most affects the teaching process, as this causes all other barriers to emerge: architectural, communicational, methodological, instrumental, programmatic, attitudinal and transport. Professors play a fundamental role in education, therefore, it is necessary to train them and encourage the involvement of the entire university to minimize barriers and promote accessibility and inclusion in higher education. The voice of the person with a disability is necessary, exposed as real extensive and need for change to reach accessibility. Thus, the main contribution of this research is to make people aware in the educational and social spheres so that they can create controls/documents based on accessibility and the real needs of people with disabilities.

The structural complexity, allied to the rigidity of norms and rules that govern the use of public resources, contribute to these institutions being slow in responding to the demands of the environment. In crisis situations, this feature becomes even more challenging as it requires quick decisions and actions. In this context, plans, routines and standard procedures prove to be inefficient to meet urgent and unexpected demands, demanding alternative solutions from public managers that are, at the same time, in line with rigid institutional precepts on the use of resources. Thus, given the need for agility and some inefficiency - arising from the excessive rationality of preestablished decision-making processes in public management - it is common for improvisations to manifest, whether of an extraordinary or infraordinary nature. This study examined how improvisation manifests itself in the performance of the university manager when reconciling rigid legal formalities and the use of financial, human and structural resources in urgent and unexpected demands. To this end, concepts of public management, improvisation and organizational complexity applied to a federal public university in the context of the Coronavirus pandemic were used. This is a qualitative research, whose data were collected through interviews and documents and were analyzed using the technique of narrative analysis and document analysis. Results pointed out that the crisis situation potentiated an additional challenge related to the use of resources, having as antecedent factors directly and indirectly related to the complex and bureaucratic structure of the university, such as the limitation imposed by the legislation for the use of resources, budget restriction, diversity of interests and the slowness caused by pre-established routines and procedures. On the other hand, other characteristics typical of the complexity of the analyzed context – such as the dynamicity of interactions, the agents' ability to adapt and learn – allowed quick and viable responses to the demands presented through the manifestation of improvisations. Improvisations - both of an extraordinary and infra-ordinary nature - proved to be essential to enable the use of resources, helping managers to deal with surprise, urgency and the exceptional. It was verified that the extraordinary and infraordinary improvisations generated learning, although the last of them only contributed to individual learning, which, given the rigidity of the rules and legislation for the use of resources, brings fear on the part of the agents, to act in a detached way. of the default. However, it was found that extraordinary improvisation promoted organizational learning, even contributing to changes in existing procedures and routines, in order to represent a virtuous circle resulting from the antecedent and consequent factors identified. Results allowed advancing in the representation of a possible behavior of improvisation in relation to learning – and unlearning – in the context of public universities, in particular, in a crisis situation.
- ItemMobilização de competências com jogo de entretenimento: factorio(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2023-10-27) Fogaça, Marina Costa; Lacruz, Adonai José; https://orcid.org/0000000315753788; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8723073260341855; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2548450573675171; Salvadori, Juliana Cristina; Amaro, Rubens de Araujo; https://orcid.org/0000000341833562; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7808207241810280From the gap existing between the expectations and demands of the labor market and workers' competencies, this study aims to evaluate the influence of satisfaction with the experience of playing entertainment games on players' self-perception of competence mobilization, using the game Factorio. The concept of competence is based on Zarifian's notion. The methodology employed includes the administration of a questionnaire to Factorio players, exploring Kolb's experiential cycle theory as an analytical lens. The results indicate that satisfaction with the experience of playing Factorio has a positive impact on players' competence mobilization, with the pleasure of playing and creative freedom being relevant factors for this satisfaction. The study highlights the mobilization of competences related to creation, reflection, strategic articulation, and broadening of vision. However, the research also emphasizes that the definition of "games" and "serious games" is blurry, questioning the fundamental difference between them, suggesting that satisfaction in entertainment games can have applications in learning. Limitations include the sample profile (with greater representation in the Americas and Europe) and subjectivity in measuring competence mobilization. The study contributes to the field by proposing a measurement model based on Zarifian, operationalizing the concept of competence, and creating validated questionnaires. In conclusion, the study demonstrates that satisfaction with the experience of playing entertainment games, such as Factorio, positively influences players' perception of competence mobilization. Despite its limitations, the study provides new insights into the field of competence and learning studies through games, paving the way for more in-depth analyses of player communities and their impact on non-players.

Therefore, aiming to use the methodological principles of autoethnography in order to understand something that is not visible when practiced by other people, I attended the training course for professional sommeliers. The course, composed of seven modules, was offered by the Brazilian Association of Sommeliers from the Rio Grande do Sul State, which gave me the title of professional sommelier. The experience gained in the course and in taking part in the community of practice formed by professionals from the wine sector made me able to produce the data of this research, whose main source was my body, through the senses and the capacity of making aesthetic judgments. The data was organized in order to show my journey as an apprentice from the periphery to center of the community. The findings show that the wine tasting practice is a process which involves activating perceptive faculties, appreciating, feeling, interpreting and judging aesthetically, and has in the body its locus. The wine tasting practice is composed of a ritual which involves non-human elements that enhance the sensations, the foundation of learning. The learning of sensible knowledge involved in the wine tasting happens through collective and individual practice. In the individual practice, the insertion of non-human elements, foreign to the practice, enhanced the learning process. The journey from periphery to the center of the community of practice happens through learning the learning curriculum and an appropriated vocabulary to express sensations and making aesthetic judgment. The learning of the situated curriculum happens through active participation in the community core and demand high level of personal commitment. The price of some wines was a limiting to the individual practice, which was minimized through empathic understanding
- ItemPolíticas públicas de inovação: implicações das interações e do unlearning na implementação(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2023-09-15) Rocha, Leonardo Quintas; Pascuci, Lucilaine Maria; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5674113274785826; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8005-4161; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6311570691842760; Meyer, Bernardo; Silva Junior, Roberto Gregorio da; Amaro, Rubens de Araujo; https://orcid.org/0000000341833562; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7808207241810280; Mamedio, Diorgenes FalcaoTo stimulate specific sectors of the economy, the federal government has adopted as one of its strategies the creation of public policies through programs made available to state governments, in a kind of collaborative network aimed at regional development. This is the case of the innovative entrepreneurship incentive program, led by the Brazilian federal government and implemented by state governments. There is, however, a conflict between the dynamism inherent to the innovation process and the slowness resulting from public bureaucracy, which is enhanced by management behavior in the different participating governmental instances. In this context, the results become highly dependent on adaptations in the processes, providing opportunities for potential improvements in the public policy itself. This thesis assumes that, in this context, interactions and unlearning are essential in the process of implementing and improving public innovation policies. For that, it was investigated how the interactions influence the unlearning process between the actors responsible for implementing of a public innovation policy. The study is based on concepts of public management, public policies and unlearning in a complex adaptive system. This is a qualitative research, of a descriptive and explanatory nature, which had as a case study the experience of the Centelha Program, in the state of Espirito Santo. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaire and documents. Data analysis was performed using narrative analysis techniques, descriptive statistics and document analysis. Results showed that informal interactions were predominant in an attempt to reconcile public bureaucracy and dynamic demands throughout implementation. The public innovation policy required several adaptations, which were possible from the mobilization and interference of entrepreneurs for the action and intervention of responsible public managers. The results also showed that the interactions, especially the informal ones, potentiated the unlearning process in order to make necessary changes throughout the development of the public innovation policy and, also, aiming at the improvement of future editions. The changes carried out during the implementation were directly dependent on the encouragement of public managers to enable a virtuous circle between learning and unlearning, resulting from dynamic interactions. The dynamism of the public innovation policy encouraged actors to reflectively practice in situations of unlearning and learning in the face of the unpredictability of innovation and bureaucratic obstacles. It is concluded that the replication of practices used in other public policies is inappropriate to the creative, unpredictable and dynamic context inherent to a public innovation policy. Therefore, the rigidity of a public innovation policy in a dynamic and reflective context compromises success.

The theoretical framework was established in discussions about the creative process in organizational studies and the aesthetic approach in organizational studies. As a theoretical proposal of the research, we undertake the encounter between the psycho-socio-cultural model of creativity and the understanding of aesthetic knowledge as the engine of this creative dynamic. Based on the research objective, we undertake a qualitative empirical research. We use the method of empathic understanding as a way of conducting, of us researchers, in the research field, as well as using the premises of the method during the production and analysis of the data. As instruments of production and data collection we use: direct observations, semi-structured interviews, informal dialogues and analysis of documents. From the analysis and discussions of the results, we understand that the creative photographic process, supported by aesthetic elements, is developed from inter-subjective collaborative processes between the photographer and the clients in the midst of materiality. In this creative dynamic, we identified and analyzed that the activation of the photographer's aesthetic knowledge, through symbolic and experiential dimensions, drives this dynamic along with the clients' subjective aesthetic manifestations.. With this research, we hope to contribute to the field of organizational studies that deal with the phenomenon of creativity from a relational lens, through intersubjective collaborative processes as the genesis of creativity. And also, we hope to contribute to the field of artistic entrepreneurship, from the exploration of the activation of the aesthetic knowledge of the creative agent as an engine of creative relational dynamics

The study was carried out in a sample of 190 young professionals, from 18 to 29 years old, and 105 older professionals, from 45 years old and above, in the fields of study of Accounting Sciences, Economic Sciences and Administration. For this, a questionnaire with open questions was applied, associated with the free evocation technique, and the data were submitted to the computer programs IRAMUTEQ and OpenEvoc. Then, the analyzes were carried out based on the Social Representations Theory (SRT). It can be verified, through the results, that the possible organization of the central core and that the similarity relations showed differences between the researched groups. From the inductor term "career", emerged, on the central core, the element "stability" in the group of young professionals and the elements "realization", "responsibility" and "satisfaction" in the group of older professionals. As regards the connectedness of the elements, it is noted that "success" for young professionals is at the heart of the debate about career, while for older professionals "success" and "realization" are more significant in the structure and bring together other elements, creating segments or blocks of thoughts. Other findings showed that the construction of social thinking about careers was built by different world views. Regarding anchoring, it was identified that the elements that involved social representations of career for young professionals and older professionals were formed from the location and temporal aspects experienced by each group. Thus, the study leads to the conclusion that the career for each period of life is socially represented in a different way. In short, studies like this, encourage organizations and individuals themselves to reflect on their actions and to seek strategies to improve these relationships

Race, the types and concepts of prejudice and discrimination, racism and its forms of manifestation and race relations and Brazilian national identity were used as theoretical foundations. The methodology used was the qualitative approach, being an exploratory and descriptive research and with an abductive investigation strategy. For the production of data, documentary analysis and a semistructured interview script were used, these being produced together with twenty civil servants who call themselves blacks and work in the most diverse positions and sectors of Ifes da Grande Vitória in Espírito Santo. Content analysis was defined as a data analysis technique. In view of the results, it was identified that the main contribution of this research to studies on race relations in organizations is to demonstrate how the manifestation of institutional racism produces privileges. It was found that putting in evidence the issues surrounding the racial issue brings many constraints in and for the institution. It was noticed that dealing with the theme proposed in this study is something painful and that it hurts a lot, especially black servants. It was also identified that this work was the first opportunity given to the interviewees so that they could expose situations related to prejudiced and discriminatory practices that occur in the Ifes environment. It is noteworthy that the individual, institutional and structural manifestation of racism present in the institution must be recognized by all who work in it, contributing to a greater understanding of race relations in Brazil, and consequently in organizational environments. Thus, in view of the relevance of the theme proposed in this study, it is noted that actions to encourage discussion and to combat racial discrimination and prejudice present in the institution must be adopted as soon as possible. It is noteworthy that themes such as prejudice, discrimination or racism enable the emergence of new studies in relation to racial issues in the Ifes organizational environment
