dc.description.abstractThis Thesis investigated a period of thirty years of the discipline of Physical Education in Technical Education Integrated to High School - ETIEM, having as reference, 21 campuses of the Federal Institute of Education of the State of Espírito Santo - Ifes. Thus, over six chapters, the work analyzed how the Federal Network of Professional Scientific and Technological Education, organizes its offer of Basic Education and school the Physical Education curricular component. The Thesis aimed to understand High School, as the last stage of Basic Education in Brazil, as well as Technical Professional Education of High Level, of the Federal Institutes of Education and the respective insertions, in these contexts, of the discipline of Physical Education. The study analyzes the scientific publications that addressed / discussed the schooling of Physical Education in Professional Education, since the reorganization of the Federal Network, starting from Law 8,892 / 2008, which implanted the Federal Institutes. The Thesis analyzed and discussed the main documents and legislation in force, which support and regulate the Brazilian High School: the Federal Constitution of Brazil, the Law of Directives and Bases of National Education, Decrees and other guiding documents, such as the Curricular Guidelines, Referentials, and the National Common Curricular Base - BNCC. In the construction process, it analyzed the teaching plans of the Physical Education discipline of all Ifes campuses, which offered the discipline in 2018. The development of these stages of the Thesis, made it possible to understand, the schooling scenario, as well as the fundamentals of the practices of Ifes Physical Education teachers. At the end, based on the results of the chapters, the Thesis proposes 15 curricular guidelines for the teaching of Physical Education in the Ifes Integrated Technical High School courses, based on their institutional nature and, aligned with the BNCC and with Law 13.415 / 3017. The methodological path of the Thesis, which is organized in an introduction, five chapters and the final considerations, has a multi-methodological nature. Thus, interconnected by the general objective of the study, each specific objective of this Thesis corresponds to an article / chapter and presents a structural (un) dependent scope. Based on BNCC forecasts, the study catalogs, from eight categories, the main objectives and contents, which have been thought / practiced by the teachers at Ifes. We support the Thesis that the consolidation of Physical Education as a curricular component, within the scope of the Ifes, is based on a schooling project with a propaedeutic training integrated with the technical knowledge of the different ETIEM courses. We understand, therefore, that this Thesis represents a path to the teaching planning of Physical Education, as well as a contribution to its strengthening as a curricular component, providing an educational approach between the different campuses and the integration between the technical teaching and the propaedeutic Ifes. Finally, we intend that it constitutes, at the discretion of the Rectory, an incentive for the collective construction of a Curriculum Proposal for the Teaching of Physical Education in Technical Courses Integrated to High School at the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo.
dc.description.resumoEsta Tese investigou um período de trinta anos da disciplina de Educação Física no Ensino Técnico Integrado ao Médio – ETIEM, tendo como referência, 21 campi do Instituto Federal de Educação do Estado do Espírito Santo - Ifes. Assim, ao longo de seis capítulos, o trabalho analisou como a Rede Federal de Educação Profissional Científica e Tecnológica, organiza a sua oferta de Educação Básica e escolariza o componente curricular Educação Física. A Tese objetivou compreender o Ensino Médio, enquanto última etapa da Educação Básica no Brasil, bem como a Educação Profissional Técnica de Nível Médio, dos Institutos Federais de Educação e as respectivas inserções, nestes contextos, da disciplina de Educação Física. O estudo faz uma análise das publicações científicas que abordaram/discutiram, a escolarização da Educação Física na Educação Profissional, desde a reorganização da Rede Federal, a partir da Lei 8.892/2008, que implantou os Institutos Federais. A Tese analisou e discutiu, os principais documentos e legislações vigentes, que, amparam e regulamentam, o Ensino Médio Brasileiro: a Constituição Federal do Brasil, a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional, Decretos e demais documentos orientadores, como as Diretrizes Curriculares, Referenciais, e a Base Nacional Comum Curricular - BNCC. No processo de construção, analisou os planos de ensino da disciplina Educação Física de todos os campi do Ifes, que ofertaram a disciplina no ano de 2018. O desenvolvimento dessas etapas da Tese, possibilitou compreender, o cenário de escolarização, bem como os fundamentos das práticas dos(as) professores(as) de Educação Física do Ifes. Ao final, a partir dos resultados dos capítulos, a Tese propõe 15 Diretrizes curriculares para o ensino da Educação Física nos cursos Técnicos Integrados ao Ensino Médio do Ifes, baseando-se na sua natureza institucional e, alinhadas com a BNCC e com Lei 13.415/2017. O percurso metodológico da Tese, que está organizada em introdução, cinco capítulos e as considerações finais, tem uma natureza plurimetodológica. Assim, interligados pelo objetivo geral do estudo, cada objetivo específico desta Tese corresponde a um artigo/capítulo e apresenta um escopo estrutural (in)dependente. A partir das previsões da BNCC, o estudo cataloga, a partir de oito categorias, os principais objetivos e conteúdos, que têm sido pensados/praticados pelos(as) docentes no Ifes. Sustentamos a Tese de que a consolidação da Educação Física como componente curricular, no âmbito dos Ifes, está fundamentada em um projeto de escolarização com formação propedêutica integrada aos saberes técnicos dos diferentes cursos de ETIEM. Entendemos assim, que esta Tese representa um rumo ao planejamento de ensino da Educação Física, bem como uma contribuição para o seu fortalecimento enquanto componente curricular, oportunizando uma aproximação pedagógica entre os diferentes campi e a integração entre o ensino técnico e o propedêutico Ifes. Finalmente, pretendemos que constitua, a critério da Reitoria, um incentivo à construção coletiva de uma Proposta Curricular para o Ensino da Educação Física nos Cursos Técnicos Integrados ao Ensino Médio do Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo.
