Exams of OBMEP - Brazilian Mathematical Olympiad Public Schools - presents a high degree of difficulty for most public school students. In addition, there is also the lack of teacher’s ability to prepare students for this type of exams. Faced with all this problem, two teachers of a public school at the city of Serra - ES developed a Olympic training proposal, here presented, consisting of didactic sequences with a contextualidez theoretical development, followed by a list of problems of OBMEP exams.
